Washing Machine Drain Line in Santa Clarita, CA

The customer's washing machine's drain line broke causing water damage all throughout the second floor of his home. The hardwood floor was required to be removed due to the hardwood flooring already showing a lot of signs of damage. SERVPRO of Mar Vista performed an onsite pack-out. During our pack outs, we wrap everything and place them into boxes and cover the furniture in heavy protective blankets. After the pack out, we were able to perform the necessary demo without damaging any of the furniture. Our customer was thrilled with the services provided to ensure they were taken care of.
